God is teaching his people how to walk together in the unity of the faith. It is about the living stones being fitly joined together.
Revelation is something that comes from the throne room. It is given that it might be brought into the Earth realm. It is not just given, but it is also entrusted to those who will bring an implementation to the desire of heaven. A stewardship of the mysteries of God.
1 Corinthians 4:1 (NASB)
1 Let a man regard us in this manner, as servants of Christ and stewards of the mysteries of God.
Apostolic leaders in the Body of Christ have a special role to play.
They function as master builders laying foundations within regions so that the Saints will gain traction and so the restoration of all things might come to pass.
Acts 3:20-21 (NASB)
20 and that He may send Jesus, the Christ appointed for you, 21 whom heaven must receive until the period of restoration of all things about which God spoke by the mouth of His holy prophets from ancient time.
It seems that every generation is looking to prove themselves, and yet God is wanting to link the generations together. The old man’s dream is what unlocks the young man’s vision so that the children may prophesy. if the young man’s vision does not connect with the old man’s dream then a curse is what we inherit. God is bringing holy alignments within the Earth so that we may partner in the advancement of the kingdom for He is the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.
Malachi 4:6 (NASB)
6 He will restore the hearts of the fathers to their children and the hearts of the children to their fathers, so that I will not come and smite the land with a curse.”
Many are looking for the shortcut as they look to gather Intel from those who are ascending and laying hold of the riches of the kingdom. There are no shortcuts.
“Alignment is a precursor to unlocking blessing for transforming the planet.”
We should never seek to harvest the revelation of others to be assimilated as our own. We should instead, come into alignment with it and receive those God sends to us so that we may fellowship in their reward”
Matthew 10:40-42 (NASB)
40 “He who receives you receives Me, and he who receives Me receives Him who sent Me. 41 He who receives a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet’s reward; and he who receives a righteous man in the name of a righteous man shall receive a righteous man’s reward. 42 And whoever in the name of a disciple gives to one of these little ones even a cup of cold water to drink, truly I say to you, he shall not lose his reward.”
Many are seeking the path to glory rather than seeking the king of glory. Some are seeking to harvest revelation from others like it is the formula to their ministerial success. The ambitious are always reaching for another’s anointing, only to realize that the anointings, glory and revelation come at a price. That price is surrender and obedience.
When you harvest revelation, but do not have the character to sustain its implementation, you are moving out of the timing of God and building a tower onto yourself.
I call these types, revelation brokers, as they seek to gain information to build their own fan base and ministerial accolades. God is not entrusting the keys to the kingdom with everyone and there’s a reason for that. Saul can never steward what David is called to fulfill. Leaders must shift from an exploitation mindset to an ascending the hill of the Lord perspective.
“Favor does not follow the formula it follows after the graces that God puts in our path, the people who God uses to nurture our calling and unlock the greatness in us”
Proverbs 22:4 (NASB)
4 The reward of humility and the fear of the LORD are riches, honor and life.
We need to learn to work with those whom God calls us to and those whom God calls toward us. Many times our inheritance in the kingdom is tied to learning how to align ourselves with others properly.
Colossians 1:12 (NASB)
12 giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified us to share in the inheritance of the saints in Light.
Give honor, stay in the ranks of the wise as you gain revelation and character. In so doing, you will flourish In wisdom and understanding, riches, honor and life will be your portion.
The days of harvesting, the grace of others must end as God raises up a remnant in the land who move collectively by faith, grace and the power of the Holy Spirit. if you are looking to exploit that which is in others rather than pressing into it yourself, then you are of a Saul mindset..
My counsel to those caught in this type of folly is to repent and align with those who are called to bring an implementation and manifestation of His kingdom into the earth. Revelation must be wrought in you, taking you deeper than the mechanics and into relationship with those that can secure your calling.
Everyone is looking for treasure, but there are no shortcuts. He who desires to ascend the mountain of the Lord must do so with clean hands and a pure heart. The wise are not driven by self promotion, selfish ambition or personal gain. They are driven by the word of the Lord.
James 3:16-18 (NIV)
16 For where you have envy and selfish ambition, there you find disorder and every evil practice.
17 But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere. 18 Peacemakers who sow in peace reap a harvest of righteousness.
The stewardship of revelation is to ultimately bring transformation and restoration to the Earth. It is not for personal validation or a tool to build our ministry.
Break free from selfish ambition, and step into radical servitude, and the enemy will lose his grip from your calling and your ministry.
If you want to be greatest in the kingdom, service is your path. Aligning with those who are entrusted with the riches of the kingdom is your portion and where inheritance will be found.
Ministry is never about me, but it is always about us. We are better together and so we must build with this collective mindset.
If you want your grace to grow then align yourself with those who have a greater measure and gain your wisdom within the ranks of the wise so that you might hit the mark and not be shipwrecked in your faith chasing the wind.
