1. They were sent out by other apostles to develop governance and alignment for fruitfulness within regions
2. They moved with the message of the Gospel of the Kingdom and a demonstration of Kingdom power
3. They normally were comprised of leaders who functioned in apostolic or prophetic grace
4. They spent time with leaders in the presence of the Lord ministering to the Lord in worship and thanksgiving
5. They appointed elders and developed foundations for convergence and co-laboring among the ministries and ministers within regions
6. They related with leaders within regions to help them equip the saints and deploy them into their Kingdom vocations
7. They were accountable to those under their care and to those who had commissioned them
8. They brought a constant flow of apostolic and prophetic teaching and declaration to keep the saints moving and advancing in their Kingdom pursuits
9. They called out the wolves and false apostles, prophets and the like in order to keep bad leadership from diluting the gospel or manipulating and exploiting the saints for money or power
10. They created bases of leadership development like the School of Tyrannous in Ephesus to raise up leaders and deploy them into the nations and the uttermost parts of the earth
